Description
In my point of view the new course creation formular is to long. I would not include the information about the "Functionnality" as well as the visibility of each tool. Simple is better.

It is not necessary for a courseadministrator to set all these properties during the creation of the course.
This is also why we're implementing coursetypes. Coursetypes will automatically set the properties of the course so the administrator doesn't have to. But if he/she wants to it is still possible, unless the coursetype doesn't allow those to be changed.
