Description

Add a detail view for one specific user. Link it to a icon in the user list overview and one or more columns

On that screen:

- action bar with: Edit, Version Quota, Rights, Log in as
- Summary of the user information with user picture
- All courses he/she is subscribed (Course title or code should work as links to browse directly to that specific course)
- All groups he/she is subscribed (Gropu title or code should work as links to browse directly to that specific group)

I must say that displaying a list of all the courses is not a good idea. We should move this to a more general idea => display user info from interactions in EVERY application (including the courses application). This means that you still have what you wanted, but in a more generic way without connecting the users application straight to the courses application.

The second question could be if this is still realy info or more some kind of reporting?

Minor bug when you are not subscribed to groups, fixed it in
