Description

I have a ZIP file named dir-to-upload.zip (literally), containing a directory dir-to-upload. When uploading with "Uncompress zip", the file gets unzipped as dir-upload (the to- part is gone).

Steps to reproduce:

$ mkdir dir-to-upload
$ echo content > dir-to-upload/index.html
$ zip -r dir-to-upload.zip dir-to-upload
  adding: dir-to-upload/ (stored 0%)
  adding: dir-to-upload/index.html (stored 0%)

Upload dir-to-upload.zip.

Expected behavior:

A directory dir-to-upload gets created on the server.

Actual behavior:

A directory dir-upload gets created on the server.

Note: the problem seems specific to this file name. Changing it to dirtoupload, the problems goes away.

Observed on campus.chamilo.org. I don't get the bug on my local 1.9.10.2 installation.

Thanks,
