Chamilo LMS

When trying to install Chamilo 1.10.4 (downloaded yesterday from GIT), I get an error that I don't have MySQL installed.
As I am able to run PHPMyAdmin, I was positive that I had it installed.
Also, I'm quite positive it's running well, as I have Joomla 3.5 running on my localhost.

tldr; I'm running PHP 7.0.4 on Ubuntu 16.04 (RC, 64 bits) with MySQL 5.0.12
