Notice: Undefined variable: home_top_temp
Not really a critical bug, but:
Notice: Undefined variable: home_top_temp in /var/www/sampledomain/main/inc/lib/userportal.lib.php on line 249

This was already fixed in this commit : https://github.com/chamilo/chamilo-lms/commit/f730745fd977b9a69a2a4a6e4ecb552683293383

Alex, technically speaking, we don't support the "NOTICE" level in Chamilo (any version), so you have to set your error_reporting level to E_ALL & ^E_NOTICE, or (in octal): 6135.
Otherwise you're bound to have those popup wherever... We're getting better at catching them, and we develop with NOTICE level enabled, but it's not worth (in my view) one bug report for each one. You're going to report a thousand bugs and it's not going to be done yet.
Better create one bug report that says "E_NOTICE" or something, and then just add a comment for each URL where you had a NOTICE.
