Description
Allowing customize the logo of the platform Administration > Configuration settings > Style Sheets in the style selected by the user.
Logo size by default. 250 x 70

Reabrí el PR que se cerró para la 1.10.x debido a que iba a implicar un cambio en base de datos, pero encontré la manera de hacerlo sin el cambio de db, así que lo mando para las dos versiones
solo esperar tu aprobación :)

TheLogoMustBeSizeXAndFormatY => El logo debe ser de AxB px y con formato C
ResetToTheOriginalLogo => Reseteado al logo original
NewLogoUpdated => Nuevo logo actualizado
CurrentLogo => Logo Actual
UpdateLogo => Actualizar Logo
