Description

There is no option when you import a zip file, for what to do with existing files with the same name.

When importing zip file, if file already exist
- do nothing
- overwrite
- rename

I did not exactly fix this because of the huge implications in the system. It's not the title of the file that causes trouble but it's the title of all the contentobjects.
However i added a scanner to scan for files with the same content. This makes it possible to find the same files, even if they don't have the same title, and disable them from the system.
