Description

Isn't it more logic to move all the search boxen (in the User, Course, .. tabs) to the first place? Now it is last and I think that it will be used the most together with the overview lists.

Top or bottom, it's still going to be an issue if the list is very long and you'rfe in the middle of it. I'll have a look at adding a "top" link to the individual actions.

Can't we place the search box in comment for now? It looks really strange to see a search box, two other items and the same search box again. Users will ask themselves if there is a change between them. As soon as we have more items in those lists we can add the search box at the bottom again.

These are administrators functions, don't think we will add 10 new items in the near future.
