Description

If you import a zip file that contains files or folders which name includes accented characters
whem the archive is unzip in your repository, you lose all accented characters.

It's quite a recurent problem while unziping files thru a web forms, but if you could find a solution, it would be really appreciated...

For the moment, teachers are really upset to have to edit all unziped files to change there title one by one.

I believe this can easily be solved now because the files are stored as hashes and the filenames are stored in the database.

This seems indeed like a very annoying bug at the basic of webapplications. The unzip functionality we are using is renaming this already. I'll put it to a later version of chamilo in the hope that the creators of pclzip will fix it in their next release
