Math plugins mayhem with CKeditor
With the new implementation of CKeditor, there is a mathematical plugins chaos, so to speak, and I need a clear understanding.
When searching the term "math" in the platform settings, I get this:
I don't care about the two options in grey (for now).
When I activate them all (as shown in the screenshot) and I go to create a new document in extended view, I get these icons:
Which means (apparently) that when I select 4 options, I only get 2 new icons (a bit weird - except if these 2 missing icons are maybe only available in a certain tool?)
Additionally, when I use the "Sum" icon (the chart icon is fine) and I use the default formula, I see it fine while I'm in the editor, but as soon as I save the document, I see the source of the formula, not the drawing of the formula.
I need some cleanup here...
If we lost some options, then I need to remove them from settings_current (but then I need to know which ones they are so I don't remove the bad ones).
In any case, that formula thing needs to be fixed.

math_mimetex (should be removed)
enabled_asciisvg (should be removed)
math_asciimathML (is the SUM icon)
Mathajax (the graph icon)
Load the ASCIHTML field should eb replaced with "Load the Mathajax file everywhere" Mathajax is used to render ascimath
I just added a fix to see the formula correctly (composer update needed).

Mathjax is not the option that enables the graph icon. It's the enabled_asciisvg that does.
I removed math_mimetex which was not used anymore and changed the text for the global js files.
Apparently, now you have to enable math_asciimathML to have the sum icon and the mathjax option, otherwise you can build the formula but you can never see it.
Something to improve, but it's good enough for now.
