Description

In this task the Chamilo Dev Team at CIMAT-Zacatecas will design the graphic concept of the actions flow to assign a "Capability" to an Exercise. It is important to notice that in Chamilo LMS 1.10.X a "Capability" from the "Capabilities Tool" will offer the option to assign a badge.
