Integrar la posibilidad de iniciar Google Hangouts desde Chamilo.
Esto debería presentarse como un Plugin del mismo tipo que BBB, donde se puede arrancar una sala y de ahí los otros alumnos le dan click al botón y participan en esta sala.

Para esta primera versión, solo sería necesario hacer algo muy básico. Sin grabaciones ni nada de este tipo. Solo arrancar una sala y guardar el enlace.
