Description

In the professional world, it is often desired to have the possibility to have regular peer assessment reviews.

This works like this:
  • a teacher or manager selects a group of users
  • she selects a desired number of reviews (e.g. each user has to be reviewed by at least 3 other people)
  • she gives a series of questions (like in the surveys)
  • the system randomly picks whom will have to review who
  • the system sends an e-mail to each user asking to review colleagues
  • the user follows the link and has to answer all questions about his colleagues
  • the user also (optionally) has to answer these questions about himself
  • the data is stored in the database
  • charts are generated for each user, showing:
    • the average score from colleagues for each question (if the user himself sees it, he cannot see who scored him)
    • the score he gave himself
    • the score his manager gave him

These specifications have to be worked on a little, but I guess it would be relatively easy to re-use the surveys to do it.
