download and install the latest version of LCMS, everything seems fine.
login with the administration credential (created during the installation).
the system prompt a failed error of login failed ( see attached screen short "login-appears-failed.png")
I said "appears" because I actually logged in, I can prove that by first clicking any tag, then click the "Home" tag, an you can see that the login had actually succeeded(see the attached screen short "actually-loggedin.png"). and also you can wander about as as the administrator are supposed of capable of.

I traced and located problem into the function 'is_active() at line 37 in /var/www/core/index.php
