missing admin repository actions/tools

Description

*what happens with the repositories of deleted users? (now: nothing, i.e. data remain there)
It should be possible for admins to build a strategy in this respect:
- repositories of deactivated users should remain there
- repositories of deleted users:

  • all items that are not published or shared should be moved to the repository garbage
  • if the publication & share environments no longer exist, the remaining items should be deleted
  • the admin should be able to decide on a time span before the garbage items are (automatically) deleted (e.g. xx days)
  • there should be a restore function for the rep. garbage
  • admin must be able to have a view on the volume of items in the rep. garbage

any other suggestions?
