impossible to view results from hot potatoes

Description

after clicking the "manage attempts" button, it's impossible (for coursemanager and student) to view results from hot potatoes.
Attached a hot potatoes exercise.

Tested on the updated testplatform

Update:

This issue is caused by the fact a user clicks the title of a hot potatoes exercise. The exercise opens and can be taken. But clicking the title only opens the viewer. The viewer isn't connected to the score registration. In order to have the scores, users have to click the "take" icon (green arrow).

This is highly confusing for average users. Opening an exercise with the viewer should be linked to the "take" action or give at least a warning such as "the results won't be saved / click the green arrow to take the exercise"
