Peer assessment - going to 'old' peer assessment says 'no attempts defined' while there are

Description

When going to an 'old' made PA (as a student or course manager), you cannot enter because of the notification 'no attempts defined' while there are attempts defined.
You can only enter after as a course manager making a new attempt - after that the old attempts are visible again.
This should not be the case

what do you mean by 'old'?

a PA made in PC3?
a PA made before a certain bugfix?

Old as made last week, end of July, ... (so in PC4 but not today/yesterday - maybe something with update of code?)
