Correction, feedback is not registred (not visible as course manager and no progress %)

Still problems with 'only feedback'-scale

- student fills in feedback, but there is nothing registred (see screenshot, 0%)
- after all students filled in their feedback, results-window still says 'not closed'

when pa-type is only feedback following will be displayed

1) when user has saved the feedback-form (even without giving feedback) : Feeback given
2) when user hasn't yet filled out form : No feedback given

OK, what you say is visible.

Still problems:
- clicking on 'information'-icone in results-window doesn't show the feedback given by the student(s) to course manager (after finishing attempt-period)(scr1)
