Description
When filling in scores for students as course manager gives a '100% progress' in the attempt-window (= not ok) while scores are not registred (as a student you can fill in later = ok)
Notice should be '0% progress'

Do you mean when a teacher enrolled into a PA-group fills in scores? Then the scores are saved. If the teacher is not part of a group he is redirected to the status overview.
Can you please illustrate the problem al little bit more?

The problem was that I as a teacher (not enrolled in a PA-group) could fill in scores for a student (not logged in as a student) - seems now unpossible.
So bug seems resolved
