Description
Filling in minimum-maximum group members in concordance with real amount of users in groups (eg. 2-4) gives a red sign without explanation. It is not clear what should be filled in as amount to make it work.

The fields don't appear anymore when course manager selects users for groups = OK
But the fields don't appear also when I want to allow self subscription in groups!! see screenshots
1) I make groups but don't select any users in groups
2) I don't see the min/max, selfsubscription, ... boxes in settings
3) when I login as a user, I can't go into an attempt because I'm not enrolled in a group yet but there is also no possibility to enroll
