Description

feedback in the portfolio application doesn't work anymore
Fatal error: Call to a member function add_tool_action() on a non-object in /var/www/CHAMILO_HG/application/lib/portfolio/portfolio_manager/component/viewer.class.php on line 135
none of the portfolio classes have changed as far as I can see (compared to older version where it still worked) but I cannot locate the problem in the action bar classes either.

fixed this issue but I am making more changes to this code (implementing rights) so will push the code together with those changes
