Appointment - build icon not present in course

Description
It's not possible to use the "build" option of an appointment in a course, you need to go to the repository to build an appointment.
It could be a great value to add also the "build" icon within the courses.

The build icon is visible in the LIST view, not in the TABLE view.

builder is niet relevant voor de appointment tool (omslachtig en niet opportuun) je hoeft niet naar het repository te gaan alle functionaliteit is beschikbaar via de viewer
