Description

If the folder /files is missing, the installer reports it should be writable. It should report the folder is missing (and perhaps indicate it should be created as a writable folder).

When the folder exists but isn't writable, the current error message is correct.

The language variable [=Install=DirectoryMustExist=] isn't in the translation tool and I expect the script will not pick it up.
