Problem editing users after updating from 220.127.116.11 to 1.9.2
I tried both methods (update AND new installation fllowed by import of users' table) to go from 18.104.22.168 to 1.9.2. gave the exact same results. It seems to be related to the OPENID field. For some reason, it is set to NULL for certain users and it seems to cause a bug resulting in a blank page when editing a user's profile from users' list in administration.

I tested with Opera 10 and Opera 12.14 and if you can edit user profiles.
You could try the latest version of Chamilo 1.9.6
