Updated by Hans De Bisschop Implementation of CKEditor / TinyMCE is still in progress, things like language, theme, toolbar-set, etc. are not yet implemented or at the very least not everywhere.

Implemented something which might fix this, but can't test it due to the current state of affairs in the courses application.

I tested this in the repository! Changed my language for the platform and it works. NOT tested in the courses application.

With the platform language En & the course language Nl, the tool tips are En within the Nl course
With the platform language Nl& the course language Nl, the tool tips are Nl within the Nl course
With the platform language Nl& the course language En, the tool tips are Nl within the En course

As long as the courses application isn't operational again, there's no way to verify whether the fix works in it ...

Managed to get the courses semi-operational locally and the CKEditor language is now set correctly according to the course language. (so it will be in dutch if the platform language has been set to english but the course language has been set to dutch)
