Chamilo 2.1 install error on Windows XP

Description

I downloaded Chamilo 2.1 from https://bitbucket.org/chamilo/chamilo/downloads/chamilo-aldrin-2.1.zip

When you run the installation through the button "Chamilo install" I get a Windows error that suspends the Apache server.

Previously I had installed Chamilo 1.9 without any problems. I also tried to remove this version before.

In the log files do not get to identify any significant errors that might tell us something.
