Description

Dear Support

For many users the editor window in Chamilo (Desiderius) does not open properly. No possibility to edit the text, insert content objects such as images or videos, etc.

It has long been suggested that this was an i.e.8 problem. At other times firewalls or proxy-settings were blamed.

It now occurred on MY computer which has never shown this problem before. ie9, win7

Con someone, please, take this problem seriously, as it is useless to have the perfect programme which does not work on many computers.
