Description
A nice feature possibility, but I'm not sure how finished this jquery plugin is (I'm attaching it here but the files are at http://sourceforge.net/projects/jbedit/).
Apparently you can use it with a Linux server with ffmpeg installed. It looks ugly, but if it works it would really be a great addition (imagine users able to cut their smartphone's videos in Chamilo!)
