Description

Now only unique system announcement titles are accepted. This is tested platformwide (the whole repository!): the title is tested accross the objects. E.g if you use in the repository an object with the title 'holiday' you can't use this title as system announcement.

This is a drawback, because this limits the use of announcement titles considerably.

This is only a warning system. It is not forbidden to use that name for any of the objects. It just gives you a little notice so you can keep track of your different objects in your repository.
