closed Wiki versus open Wiki: no effect whatsoever
When creating or editing a wiki one can flag the option 'closed'. The logical implication would be that this wiki is read-only for the students. This is not the case. There is no distinction to be found between the closed flag indicated or not:
*It always possible for students to add new pages
*It is never possible to perform any action on a page: the action column is always empty in the two cases.
When opening a particular page the user always has the read/edit/history/delete options (whether the closed flag is on or off).
The history tab however generates a not allowed error, just as the delete tab (again (whether the closed flag is on or off).
