Course type lock visibility....

Description
With the course type it is possible to define the availability and the visibility of a tool by default. It is also possible to lock this setting, so it is not possible to change this.
When you lock the visibility of a tool, at course-creation this settings is active. But once a course is created the option isn't locked and it still is possible to change the visibility of a tool.

You can set a tool invisible at the creation of a course, but after creating the course you'll always be able to change the visibility of that tool.
This is the normal functionality in LCMS 4.
Bug resolved in LMCMS 4.

The function lock is ment to prevent changing of visibility!
So if it is possible to change visibility even when a tool is locked, this is a BUG.
This is not normal functionallitu in LCMS4!
Otherwise you should loose the lock functionallity because it has no function.

The functionality is locked on the course settings page, not on the course homepage.
