Description
When changing the course manager, the newly appointed course manager is NOT automatically registered for the course (if he/she was not registered already).
This creates a situation where one is a course manager without having access to the course. One cannot even see the course in one's course list.
Workaround: a platform admin needs to register the newly appointed course manager for that course.

PS: the same term is used for the main course manager and the other course managers (at least it is in the Dutch translation) which might add to the confusion.

I can see no change (using Desiderius, said to be the latest code)
On lcms.chamilo.org I can indeed change course manager and YES the newly appointed course manager is added as a registered user.
Problem solved. (Do I leave the status open until the problem is solved in Desiderius?)
