Description

For an announcement you should have the option for sending an e-mail also in the quick publish

Quick publish is there so you don't see any publication options but use the defaults.

And if I want to change the default? Some announcements are important and should be mailed to the students, others are not that not important and should not be mailed to students.

If you want to change the default you should make use of the 2-step-wizard and not the Quick publish.

Yes, I know that, but that's the whole point, it should also be in the quick publish for announcements
