Description

When you hide tabs from the configuration ( /main/admin/settings.php?category=Platform ), they should not be hidden completely: instead, they should appear on the right-side panel (otherwise how do you get to the admin once you've hidden the tab???)

Does not work. Still the same situation as when reporting the bug: I disabled all tabs except the "Homepage" and it still doesn't show on the right side.

As the changes you have made have to do with the regions, functions renaming and all, I prefer not looking further (will do it when I have more time).

Actually, I have skimmed the code changes, and it appears like the templates are playing a cache effect: I needed to logout and login again to have it enabled again.

Would it be possible to have some kind of cache-flushing feature that can be called from the functions which affect the design? Then we could open a new category "Display settings" in the configuration settings, and anytime oone of these settings is changed, we could "flush" the templates cache?
