Start - end time not correct in calendar event

Description

Create a Calendar event in the Repository, personal calendar or course calendar with the following parameters:
Start: 27 September 10:00
End: 27 September 12:00

Now open the details view in the Calendar or Repository:
Start time: 10:10
End time: 12:12

Even when the start and end time is correctly stored in the Content Object, it's not correctly shown in the details view of a Calendar Event.
