changeset 16772 c11dc37e1636
can't even open (or i do not know how) help content. Help is enabled by portal settings but not reachable.
I believe that previously was accessible from sliding tab like 'bug' ????

it looks to me that the help is quite an 'invisible' feature; it is offered from some pages and not from others. I know that the appearance depends on pre-defined DB content, but now is associated with faq. So there should be link to help from every page, offering content or just link to the faq (with message: there isn't any help about this content)..... than: like faq, help can also be expandable by online editing (????). Should i open new feature for this subject ?

some new observations:
1) now help window (thickbox?) cannot be closed with X button
2) beside that the activated help window is modal, we can stil initiate (another, 'help on help ???' ) help that leads to the stylesheet-less windows
3) using faq link from the top or the bottom of the help window leads to stylesheet-less window

note : ESC key stil works for closing help window

very nice. particularly resizing and moving help window. New content formating in nice too.
Faq is working, but offers nothing but plain content (just general fax, no content indexing, relevance, ...), Did not try, who has/not write access: can confirm that Admin can write, Student has view only access, ... and i did not manage to find any open task for the faq, so will let you choose to close this task

I just change the permissions to my FAQ file: home/faq.html and it works fine for me. Only the admin can edit that file.

You're right that this Chamilo FAQ has a minimal functionality, if you suggest to improved it you can create a new task ..

This could be suggested in another task. In the past, we developed a feature (been abandoned) to use the documentation from our wiki directly (through an agreed naming convention). However, because of a lack of human resources to maintain an online documentation, we decided to let go. It is one of the supreme tasks of the Chamilo Association to ensure documentation is improved, but this is a long shot (or a huge budget, either one of them) as it requires translations management and people tend not to translate very easily.
