Description

When creating a category structure with a ZIP file, only the categories who are NOT on the Chamilo platform are created.
For example:

ZIP file:
- folder1 (empty)
- folder2 (empty)
- folder3 (empty)

User 1 has already folder1 and folder2
When user 2 imports a zip file with the (empty) folders folder1, folder2 and folder3, only folder3 is imported.
