Documents - download button : problem when downloading documents

Description
when downloading all documents through the "download" action in the actionbar I get this error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function numRows() on a non-object in /var/www/CHAMILO_BITBUCKET/STABLE/common/libraries/php/storage/mdb2/result_set.class.php on line 80
- download as student
- there are publications the user can't view. I don't get this error as admin

In google chrome I still get an error message:
Serverfout
Er is een fout opgetreden toen de website http://perspectief.hogent.be/run.php?application=weblcms&course=14&go=course_viewer&tool=document&tool_action=zip_and_download&browser=table probeerde op te halen. De server kan offline zijn wegens onderhoud of kan onjuist zijn geconfigureerd.
As an admin, there are no problems.
As a course administrator, there are no problems.
As a student, the download button gives a blank screen.
