installation: latest stable local installation

a docx file as attachment to a Content Object isn't shown as a download link. (docx.jpg)
this should be displayed in the same way as a doc file (doc.jpg)

On perspectief.hogent.be, also the link to doc has disappeared. Both docx and doc open a pop-up window to download the document
