Description

Calendars view can be much improved:
  • list view: a lot of unnecessary empty space (cf. file)
  • day view:

illogical count, 1st of month = day 0, 10th of month = day 11

starts at 0h, no possibility of editing the hours the user wants to see

  • week view: no possibility of editing the hours the user wants to see

illogical count, 1st of month = day 0, 10th of month = day 11

The number is the day of the year. Made it start from 1 instead of 0 though. Also added the ISO week number to the day view

Reviewing this one, seems all is fixed except the limitation of the hours somebody wants to see. I suggest we do that after 2.0
