the item is moved correctly but you get this error

Fatal error: Call to a member function free() on a non-object in /var/www/CHAMILO_BITBUCKET/STABLE/menu/php/lib/data_manager/mdb2.class.php on line 93

I fixed the wrong message + added correct results when using the update method by changing query to exec. I noticed that you wrapped the result around an if, but an update will also have a result but then as a boolean. This will still give the same errors. I just removed the free because it's not necessary anymore.
