Not possible to edit rights

Platform: DEV
On the latest DEV platform, it's not possible to edit the rights of a handbook item.
A blank screen appears when clicking the 'Edit rights' icon.

you should never be able to edit the rights for a handbook item (or even see one in the repository).
are you talking about a handbook topic?
and you mean the rights in the repository? they don't work for any co in my platform. repository rights are currently being refactored if I'm not mistaking

It was not possible to 'Edit' the rights of a handbook 'into the handbook application', so who can view, edit, delete, change rights, ...
Bu don't worry, i downloaded a totally fresh DEV installation and this bug is gone ... maybe it was something locally, I don't know.
The most important ... it works!
