Description
when you set a tool invisible, for example "user", and refresh the page, this tool gets placed somewhere in the beginning of the list. If you activate this item again and refresh, it gets placed at the end of the list. This behaviour is random for each tool, mixing up the list as we go along the application.

I have implemented a parameter to specify the use of sorting on 'name' of default on 'sort'.
Currently there is no method to alter the sort parameter and the system doesn't respond correctly to this value. I've use a parameter to indicate the sort should be alfabetically instead of the sort. Switching this parameter in the load_course function will use the sort-value again.
