Enable using title for document download when option is selected
The real question is, which 'filename' is relevant for the file name when the file is beeing downloaded with the option Use title for the document name enabled. Is it one that is used within the course (document title) or the real (filesystem) name. Second option is relavant for the teacher (nobody do not want mess with N copies of the same document that has different names), but for the trainee the first option is better (local file name is the same as file he/she can see in the course).
Current 220.127.116.11 /1.8.6 svn retries file name as is on the filesystem. (dropbox uses other option - mix of philosophy ? )
- when Use title option is enabled: use title as file name to be dowloaded
- additional option related to the Use title : use title for downloaded files / use real file name for downloaded files
i can't declare this issue as a bug, so i put it here.

I am opposite to these recommendations. Title is written in human language in different languages and alphabets. As a rule, title is incompatible with file systems. This is why file name exist, it is based on the title, and file system accepts it.

but the application does this already: if the filename cannot be stored with the original name, the filename is changed so it can be stored. On the platform then, i use title to 'change' the stored filename into original one (visualize the 'real' name) ....... proposal was added for: to think and discus about it, (maybe) extending flexibility of the tool
