It's not possible to translate the "Name" var for the column in the Category Manager, possible cause (screenshot 2) in file:
\common\extensions\category_manager\php\component\category_browser\category_browser_table_column_model.class.php
The translation file is located in:
\common\extensions\category_manager\resources\i18n
