so you do see the full toolbars then???

I did some more digging and apparently all the CKEditor forms that use one of the toolbars defined in ckeditor_configuration.js are broken on my system. the ones that use the basic toolbar work, but they don't display the basic toolbar as specified in the configuration file

only the ones using the basic and full toolbars defined in CKeditor/_source/plugins/toolbar/plugin.js are working.

this means other forms are broken too (e.q. course type creation form, survey page, ...)

I don't know what changes have caused this. for some reason it seems the file common/libraries/php/configuration/html_editor/ckeditor_configuration.js can't be read.

in the portfolio application I had implemented a different ckeditor_configuration.js -file (for testing purposes) and there the toolbars DO work. the 2 configuration files are identical & permissions on the files are also identical.

we have this problem on 2 different systems, are we the only one?

When I go to the repository (on dev) and create a new handbook topic, I get the custom toolbar (screen attached).

Problem solved, due to hardcoded path

this does not seem to be resolved here, I still don't get the html-editors with "special" toolbars (pulled the latest code)

It's not fixed, still an issue whit the CKEditor when creating a 'handbook item' for example.

it seems fixed now, can you re-test Michael?
