Description
When creating a rating question (percentage) when platform language is DUTCH
(with and without hints):
Invalid data retrieved from database
When the question is a rating question it works fine (also with hints).

When you are creating a rating question you have 2 options:
- Percentage
- Rating
When you choose 'percentage' you get the above error message.
