click on a course
in "Tool" tab of the main course view
Add a "Add/Publish" button beside the hide/view icon that link to the "Publish" screen. Check if user has rights for action first. If it doesn't have right don't add it.
Nice to have:
for "small" objects - i.e. note, document, link, location, etc
would be nice to do in a fast way using ajax. I.e. popup the screen with title, description plus url/upload. Then post it through ajax and close the screen upon success.
