Account not working after changing hour step setting in day (calendar) block

Description
After changing de setting 'hour step' to '0,50' in the day calendar block on homepage, chamilo stops working for that account (user A).
Also in the same session in the internet browser I can't see the login screen when go to the chamilo URL.
In another session I can see de loginscreen but can't login as user A.
I can login as user B.

The error occurred on the personal 'home' page (setting Allow personal home page for each user was set to 'on')
I was able to login as user A as soon as I changed the setting for personal home page to 'off'.
I'm affraid that when personal home pages are not allowed and someone change the setting of the hour set variable then no one can log in anymore.

I cannot reproduce this issue... maybe it is already solved when taking care of another problem.
Testen on both stable and dev.
