Patch needs to be added.

Looks likes XQuestionSample is QTI 1.0 wherever Chamilo's supports QTI 2.1.

Supports for QTI 1.0 may be added but would be a significant endeavour.

Tested this again. Now I get:

bool(false)

Did you commit your fix to stable or dev?

Uploaded patches. I was not able to test dev because its currently failing. Should work though.
